Cheesecake Eggs

This is an amazingly creative cake from Delish team. An egg made from chocolate, filled with cheesecake, then finished with a drop of apricot jam. A complete form of chocolate egg. The kids will love this! Easy to make, you should try it at home. Watch the simple instruction in the video below.

FYI: In Greece, cheesecake was considered to be a good source of energy, and there is evidence that it was served to athletes during the first Olympic games in 776 B.C. Greek brides and grooms were also known to use cheesecake as a wedding cake (from cheesecake.com).
