Cheesy Chicken Taquitos
Healthy inside, crispy outside. Chicken, sweet corn, spring onion, cheddar, cream cheese, all blended to make the irresistable cheesy filling. Then you got everything wrapped in tortilla, crisp fried. Yumm... You could easily cook this at home, watch the instruction video below.
FYI: A taquito, tacos dorados, rolled taco, or flauta is a Mexican food dish that typically consists of a small rolled-up tortilla that contains filling, including beef, cheese or chicken. The filled tortilla is then crisp-fried (from Wikipedia).
