Foil Pack Peach Crumble
If you don't have a grill, you can totally bake this up in your oven. It's an excellent dessert to share and let me tell you a little secret-- a great breakfast, too. You could easily cook this at home, watch the instruction video below. FYI: China is widely held to be the native home of peaches with many wild peaches growing in the countryside. The peach was brought to the Mediterranean area from Iran (formerly called Persia), the source of the scientific name for the peach "Prunus persica" (michiganpeach.org).
