Hash Brown Egg Nests
Hash browns packed into muffin tins and filled with egg, cheese and bacon making perfect crispy nests. They make a great breakfast or brunch and can be frozen for meal prep for a delicious grab and go breakfast. You could easily cook this at home, watch the instruction video below.
FYI: Hash browns or hashed browns or harsh browns are a simple preparation in which potatoes are pan-fried after being shredded, diced, julienned or riced, in the style of a Swiss Rösti (Wikipedia).
