Linguine with Clam Sauce

This is surely a classic Italian dish. Pasta linguine with the clam mixture on top, mushroom, clams, parmesan cheese. Everything is perfectly in place. Wanna try? Learn more in the video guide below.

FYI: Linguine is type of pasta – like fettuccine and trenette, but elliptical in section rather than flat. It is about 4 millimetres in width, which is wider than spaghetti but not as wide as fettuccine (from Wikipedia).
