Strawberry Rhubarb Oatmeal Bake
New recipe! This morning we're sharing a delicious strawberry rhubarb oatmeal bake on the blog. We even made a video for you. Don't be intimidated to cook with rhubarb, it's your average veggie when it comes to preparation. That's right... I said veggie! Make one, cut it up, and portion it out for the week! FYI: Rhubarb (Rheum officinale Baillon) is a very undemanding perennial vegetable. Wrongly, Rhubarb is often counted among the fruit species. This is due to its sour, fruity taste and the fact that it is mainly used for desserts (from gardena.com).
