Apple Pie French Toasts

FYI: "French Toast" means Pain perdu (or Lost Bread) usually from dry bread. However, sometimes you can find "French Toast" in some bistros or cafés which means French baguette. They usually add butter and jam for breakfast. In French, it's called Tartine (from Quora).
