Seafood in A Rice Bowl

An amazingly creative way of enjoying seafood veggie stir fry in a fried dry rice bowl. This is a mixture of oriental Japanese and western cooking style. You could easily cook this at home, watch the instruction video below.
FYI: Bok choy (brassica chinensis) is classified as a cabbage. It does not look like the round European cabbages found in western supermarkets, or to Napa cabbage. Its white stalks look like celery without the stringiness. The dark green, crinkly leaves of the most common type are like Romaine lettuce (Wikipedia).
