Macaroni and Cheese with Caramelized Onions and Bacon
Once the cold sets in, we can never have enough Mac & Cheese! The bacon and onions just make it that much better. Tihs one is worth trying, cook it youself, watch the video below to get it started.
FYI: Caramelization is the oxidation of sugar, a process used extensively in cooking for the resulting nutty flavor and brown color. Caramelization is a type of non-enzymatic browning reaction.
