Salt and Pepper Caramels

One bite you'll ask yourself why you ever ate caramel without salt and pepper. These are chewy, creamy, spicy -- and totally addictive. This is a very easy cooking video.

FYI: Caramelization is the browning of sugar, a process used extensively in cooking for the resulting sweet nutty flavor and brown color. Like the Maillard reaction, caramelization is a type of non-enzymatic browning (Wikipedia).
