3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies



These are a better version of the usual 3 ingredient PB cookie, just switching white for brown sugar makes them soft and chewy instead of crumbly. They aren't gluggy and dense which one might expect because they are made without flour! They're truly amazing. Watch the instruction video below.

FYI: The first chocolate chip cookies was invented in 1937 by Ruth Graves Wakefield (1905-1977), of Whitman, Massachusetts, who ran the Toll House Restaurant. She assumed that the chocolate would melt and spread throughout each cookie (Whats Cooking America).
