Croque Monsieur Kebabs

From a plain white loaf, with ham, Emmental cheese, Dijon mustard, sandwiched, sliced, butter covered, baked. Cut the sandwiches into quarters and thread onto some kebab sticks. Brush the sides with melted butter. Suddenly you have a kebab! You could easily cook this at home, watch the instruction video below.

FYI: Emmental is a yellow, medium-hard Swiss cheese that originated in the area around Emmental, Canton Bern. It has a savory, but mild taste. Dijon mustard is a traditional mustard of France, named after the town of Dijon in Burgundy, France (from Wikipedia).

More facts: Kebabs are various cooked meat dishes, with their origins in Middle Eastern cuisine. Many variants are popular throughout Asia, and around the world (Wikipedia).
