Fajita Fried Chicken Burger
It's not an ordinary burger, it is chicken fajita burger. The taste of Mexican fajita on its fried chicken thigh is dominating this burger. You could easily cook this at home, watch the instruction video below.
FYI: A fajita in Tex-Mex cuisine is any grilled meat usually served as a taco on a flour or corn tortilla. The term originally referred to the cut of beef used in the dish which is known as skirt steak (Wikipedia).
