Homemade Salmon Gravlax

Did you know it was this easy to make HOMEMADE SALMON GRAVLAX???!!! Not only is it way cheaper than store bought, the taste is incomparable because you never really get that same fresh dill flavour with shop bought gravlax. And it’s usually too salty!! You could easily cook this at home, watch the instruction video below.

FYI: GRAVLAX is a Scandinavian dish of dry-cured salmon marinated in herbs. Gravlax is usually served as an appetizer, sliced thinly and accompanied by hovmästarsås (literally "maitre d'hôtel sauce", also known in Sweden as gravlaxsås and in Denmark as rævesovs, literally "fox sauce"), a dill and mustard sauce, either on bread or with boiled potatoes (Wikipedia).
