Mongolian Beef Ramen

An easy cooking ramen noodle. With sirloin beef, carrots, broccoli, green onions, all mixed together in a Mongolian cuisine style. It's a must try when you need an oriental dish in your menu. Watch the how-to video below from Delish.

FYI: Mongolian cuisine primarily consists of dairy products, meat, and animal fats. The most common rural dish is cooked mutton. Due to geographic proximity and deep historic ties with China and Russia, Mongolian cuisine is also influenced by Chinese and Russian cuisine (from Wikipedia).
