Ranch Chicken and Rice

Chicken with ranch dressing seared on olive oil, then cooked with rice, spinach, parsley. A delicious meal for everybody. Watch the video below.

FYI: Ranch dressing is a type of salad dressing made of some combination of buttermilk, salt, garlic, onion, mustard, herbs, and spices, mixed into a sauce based on mayonnaise, or another oil emulsion (from Wikipedia).
