Pumpkin Cannoli
This is an insane but creative pie crust hack. Pumpkin puree, chocolate chips, cinnamon sugar, all make the filling for the hacked pie crust. You could easily make this at home, watch the instruction video below.
FYI: Cannoli are Italian pastries of the Sicily region. The Italian singular is cannolo, meaning "little tube" but in English, cannoli is usually used as a singular, and cannolo is rare. Cannoli originated in Sicily and are a staple of Sicilian cuisine (from Wikipedia).
