Wild Rice Salad
The flavour combo in this salad is the nutty Wild Rice, peppery fresh rocket, juicy pops of pomegranate, sweet/tart from cranberries, soft nutty crunch from pecans and salty creamy feta, all tossed with a simple white wine vinegar dressing. I think you’ll LOVE THIS!!! You could easily cook this at home, watch the instruction video below.
FYI: Wild rice are four species of grasses forming the genus Zizania, and the grain that can be harvested from them. The grain was historically gathered and eaten in both North America and China (from Wikipedia).
