Chinese Beef and Broccoli Noodles

Basically, this is the noodle version of your favourite Chinese Beef & Broccoli. It’s a great super quick dinner - you should NOT be at the stove for longer than 5 minutes, if you are, your noodles will be overcooked and your beef tough! You could easily cook this at home, watch the instruction video below.
FYI: The origin of noodles is Chinese. The earliest written record of noodles is found in a book dated to the Eastern Han period (25–220). Noodles, often made from wheat dough, had become a staple food for the people of the Han dynasty (206 BCE – 220 CE) (Wikipedia).
