Prawn, Avocado and Mango Salad

Summer on a plate! Three of my fave foods ever are so dreamy when you bring them together with a gorgeous sweet chilli lime dressing! (Not spicy, just a tiny hum of warmth). Enjoy! You could easily cook this at home, watch the instruction video below.
FYI: The mango is native to southern Asia, especially Burma and eastern India. It spread early on to Malaya, eastern Asia and eastern Africa. Mangos were introduced to California (Santa Barbara) in 1880. Archaeological research indicates that avocados were found in Mexico in 8000 B.C. and in Peru towards 3000-4000 B.C. The area of origin is not exactly known (crfg.org and frutas-hortalizas.com).
